Historic facade reclaimed by fine carpentry and detailed paint work. Full replacement of foundation. Addition of new structural steel components. Inclusion of solar panels and Tesla power walls.

Modernized home paying rustic homage to tiny old beach house that once stood there. Required extensive excavation of hillside. Exposed finishes with reclaimed and salvaged lumber from original house. Expansive windows and lift-and-slide door systems open to sweeping ocean views.

Park Tavern, second of five restaurants we built with the Big Night Group. Much-loved Moose's transformed into a restaurant space combining classic tile and stone elements with reclaimed wood accents. Quickly became a top dining destination.
